Life Time is preparing to bring a new athletic club for North Orange County. Guests can gear up for leisure pool, pickleball courts, dining spots, and more at Life Time Brea. The venue is scheduled to open on July 9, 2026.
Life Time Opens First North Orange County Athletic Country Club
Life Time has announced the launch of Brea Athletic Country Club, its first location in North Orange County, which is positioned at the Brea Mall.
The club spans over 85,000 square feet across three acres, and has both indoor and outdoor spaces. The facility combines fitness, recovery, family programming, and social spaces in a single location.
According to Life Time, its latest Brea location is one of its 14 athletic country clubs planned in 2026. The location is its newest resort-style prototype and the first new athletic country club of its kind in the Orange County–Los Angeles area in about a decade.
Highlights of the Fitness and Wellness Club
The latest club gears up for offerings focused on fitness, recovery, work, and family use. Amenities include a resort-style Beach Club with a lap pool, leisure pool, waterslides, cabanas, and outdoor dining and bar service.
Life Time Brea will also feature five pickleball courts (two outdoors and three indoors). In addition, it will offer a large fitness floor that has modern cardio and strength equipment. There will also be open space for functional training and personal training areas. Guests will also find group classes like GTX, Ultra Fit, Alpha, and CTR (Core Tone Reform).
Other amenities at the Brea club include a Recovery Zone with HydroMassage, CryoLounge chairs, Normatec compression, and Hyperice vibration therapy. LifeSpa will provide hair, nail, massage, and skincare services. LifeCafe and bar/lounge will present a nutrition-focused menu and social area. LifeClinic will offer chiropractic care for an extra fee.
Members will also have access to the Work Club Lounge, a coworking area along with a Kids Academy for children aged three months to 11 years. Luxury locker rooms at the location will provide saunas, whirlpools, cold plunges, and steam rooms.
The Brea location combines fitness, recovery, family programming, and coworking amenities as Life Time expands its footprint in Southern California.
