As Caruso’s Palisades Village prepares a triumphant return to the Pacific Palisades in the wake of the 2025 fires, multiple brands are slated to launch their first stores in the market at the Village. One such company is Los Angeles-based apparel brand Xirena, which will open its first flagship brick-and-mortar location at the Village when it reopens in mid-August.
Xirena launched in 2012, offering women’s clothing that reflects a “laid-back California spirit,” according to its website. The clothes are designed and made locally in Los Angeles.
In addition to Xirena, Palisades Village will be welcoming newcomers including Nancy Silverton’s Italian steakhouse Spacca Tutto and women’s apparel brand LETSET, which currently has only one New York City brick-and-mortar store. Fellow Los Angeles brand Violet Grey will also join the development.
Palisades Village will also be welcoming back prior tenants including Elyse Walker, Erewhon, Brunello Cucinelli, Zimmermann, Brunello Cucinelli, Veronica Beard and Blue Ribbon Sushi.
