A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors in Palatka. According to plan review paperwork submitted by Julie-Anns Palatka LLC, a new restaurant by that name (spelled “Julie-Anns”) will open at 510 West Towles Ave.
The existence of the Julie-Anns project has been known of for some time. Realtor Cody Bockheim posted about it in a video as face back as May 19, 2025. The only details Bockheim had available at the time were that it was expected to seat 60 guests.
Later in 2025, in August, a post in the Facebook group Interlachen Word of Mouth™ said that it “looks like another restaurant [is] coming to PALATKA! Going along SR19 closer towards the SO/Ball fields. JULIE ANN’S (sic).”
After that, the trail appears to have gone cold—that is, until the plan review paperwork was submitted.
What Now contacted a representative of Julie-Anns on Thursday. The representative declined to make any comment immediately, but What Now is awaiting an update by email, so stay tuned for more information about Julie-Ann’s!
