7 Brew Coffee is preparing to expand its Texas footprint with a new drive-thru location planned for Midland.

According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), the coffee chain is planning a new 510-square-foot shop at 2215 N. Big Spring St. The project is estimated to cost $1.5 million.

Construction is expected to begin on November 11, 2026, with completion currently targeted for March 17, 2027.

Project documents describe the development as the new construction of a 7 Brew Coffee Shop. The project is privately funded, with Midland Regency Partners LLC listed as the property owner. Arkifex Studios, a Missouri-based architecture firm that has designed numerous 7 Brew locations, is serving as the project’s design firm.

Founded in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, 7 Brew has quickly become one of the fastest-growing drive-thru beverage brands in the country. The concept is known for its extensive menu of specialty coffees, energy drinks, teas, smoothies, shakes and flavoured sodas, all served through a drive-thru-focused format designed to deliver fast, friendly service.

The listed tenant for the project is 7Crew Enterprises, LLC, although it has not yet been confirmed whether the Midland location will be franchise-owned or corporate-operated.
