Global designer toy retailer Pop Mart is headed to Brea Mall as part of the shopping center’s ongoing multimillion-dollar redevelopment project.
The collectible art toy brand is among 11 new retail and dining concepts announced for the mall’s latest phase of redevelopment. Pop Mart is expected to debut inside the mall during the Fall 2026 interior redevelopment alongside several new tenants, including Onigilly, Palmetto Superfoods, Caitlyn Minimalist, SOLES ART, Fat Daddy Chicken, Mr. Inkwells, N.CAT and Sanlejur.
Known for its collectible blind boxes and collaborations with popular artists and characters, Pop Mart has rapidly expanded throughout the United States as demand for designer toys continues to grow. The redevelopment will also introduce two major restaurant additions to the property’s exterior later this summer: Din Tai Fung and Kalbi Social Club.
The announcement comes as Brea Mall celebrates another milestone with the opening of Life Time, an 85,000-square-foot luxury athletic club featuring multiple fitness floors, boutique studios, pickleball courts and a rooftop Beach Club. The mixed-use project will add new residential living alongside expanded shopping, dining and entertainment offerings, with landscaped gathering spaces, fountains, public art and pedestrian-friendly walkways.
Recent additions to Brea Mall also include The Melt, Pacific Catch, North Italia, Williams-Sonoma, EVEREVE, Shibuyala and DICK’S Sporting Goods as the center continues to evolve into a lifestyle destination.
