A new full-service restaurant and bar has been announced as part of the plans for a boutique hotel coming to The Factory at Franklin. Fox 17 reports that The Factory Hotel, as it will be named, will allegedly be a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s Tribute Portfolio and open within the next two years.

Described as a 120-room resort, onsite amenities will include a restaurant and bar, as well as a pool, private dining room for groups, event and meeting spaces, and a fitness center. Further details about the F&B options are limited, and the developer could not be reached in time for publication.

Construction is slated to begin later this year, and its anticipated opening is currently set for spring 2028. The hotel is expected to create approximately 50 to 60 job opportunities once in service.

As part of its ongoing redevelopment, The Factory at Franklin has continued to expand its dining, retail and entertainment offerings. The 270,000-square-foot campus is home to more than 40 businesses and recently became the site of the newly opened town visitor center, according to City Lifestyle.

The hotel is the latest phase in Holladay Properties’ ongoing redevelopment of The Factory at Franklin. The real estate developer and hospitality operator purchased the historic property in 2021 and has since led a multi-phase adaptive reuse project transforming the former industrial campus into a regional destination.
