Harding House Brewing is preparing to open its new taproom at 410 39th Ave. N. in L&L Market this August, according to the Nashville Business Journal. The West Nashville location will bring together several local food and beverage businesses, creating a destination that combines craft beer, barbecue, cocktails, and desserts under one roof.

Founded by Nate Underwood, Harding House Brewing has partnered with Saap Saap BBQ to oversee the food program. Established by Clinton Spruill and Amy Watson in 2022, the concept is known for pairing Lao culinary traditions with Southern barbecue while emphasizing locally sourced meats and produce, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

The new taproom will also include The Jubilee Bar, a cocktail and mocktail concept inspired by the Fisk Jubilee Singers and led by beverage director and managing partner Akinde Olagundoye. Guests will also find soft serve from Dogwood Acres Dairy, a business founded by Taylor Ussery that uses milk sourced exclusively from Tennessee dairies and offers flavors inspired by local ingredients.

According to the publication, the four businesses share a commitment to supporting Tennessee agriculture by working with local producers whenever possible. That emphasis on regional sourcing extends across the brewery’s beers, the barbecue menu, the cocktail program, and the dairy offerings, creating a collaborative concept centered on local partnerships.

The businesses will operate limited hours during July ahead of the taproom’s full opening in August. Once open, the new Harding House Brewing location will serve as the brewery’s latest expansion and provide a permanent home for Saap Saap BBQ after operating as a mobile business.
