According to public filings, the Mexican restaurant Dos Carnales plans to open at 10830 Harry Hines Blvd., Suite 150, within the Grand Bazaar development, with construction expected to wrap by December 2026. The new spot sits just a few doors down from Dos Carnales’ current location at 10840 Harry Hines Blvd., keeping the restaurant within the same stretch of the Harry Hines corridor.
The restaurant has built a following for its Mexican breakfast plates, tortas, tacos and burritos, served in a casual, colorful setting with both indoor and outdoor seating. What Now Dallas reached out to owner Ismael Cervantes for comment on the move but did not receive a response by press time.
The Grand Bazaar development, where Dos Carnales is headed, sits along one of the busiest stretches of Harry Hines Boulevard, an area long known for its concentration of wholesale shops, Mexican restaurants and Korean cuisine as part of Dallas’s Asian Trade District. The corridor has also become a hub for family-run restaurants looking to expand their visibility along the main road.
The move places Dos Carnales inside the same Grand Bazaar development where Juani’s Restaurant recently announced its own relocation, adding to a small wave of longtime Harry Hines eateries consolidating along the corridor’s most visible stretch. Juani’s, which spent a decade at 10817 Denton Dr. before its move, cited visibility on the main road as a driving factor behind its own relocation, a rationale that could apply just as easily to Dos Carnales move.
