A new European-inspired restaurant is preparing to join Wake Forest’s dining scene later this summer. Vira Bistro, the latest concept from Ukrainian chef Artem Blauta, is expected to open this August at 3604 Rogers Branch Road, where it will take over the former Cha House space. According to the Triangle Business Journal, the restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner, bringing a European bistro concept to the growing community.
The publication reports that Vira Bistro’s menu will feature a selection of European-inspired dishes, including tahini and harissa shakshuka, tuna carpaccio, and duck leg with berry sauce. The all-day menu is expected to offer guests a range of options from morning through evening, with an emphasis on refined yet approachable fare.
Blauta’s concept will give new life to an existing restaurant space while adding another locally owned dining destination to Wake Forest’s growing culinary landscape. The opening comes as the community continues to welcome a variety of new food and beverage concepts, reflecting ongoing residential and commercial growth throughout the area.
