A Philadelphia based fast-casual chain is continuing to demonstrate the power of a good stir-fry, with yet another location planned for Maryland. Honeygrow, which became a regional favorite thanks to its delicious and healthier options, will be opening as a part of the upcoming Frederick Brickworks mixed-use development, reports The Daily Record.

Ground was broken for the Frederick Brickworks earlier this week. The first phase of development will focus on building out the full 100,000 square feet of retail spaces, alongside 332 apartments and 320 for-sale townhomes. Honeygrow will, of course, be part of this initial stage, which is estimated to be completed in 2028.

Honeygrow is certain to be embraced by Frederick diners; indeed, the chain has proven to be a fan-favorite since bursting onto the dining scene in 2012. The concept has spread to include more than 70 locations, fueled by its delicious and customizable stir-fry options.

The chain has already established itself, however future regulars not yet familiar with Honeygrow’s fare have much to look forward to. The website explains: “We are the original “create-your-own” stir-fry, salad, and honeybar specialists. Everything is fully customizable, thanks to our proprietary touchscreen technology. We feature local and seasonal produce whenever we can. Our Culinary Team ensures every ingredient shines.”
