Coco Nail Bar, a nail salon located in Kennesaw, appears to be expanding. It is listed as a forthcoming tenant at the Birch House development at 1170 Ball Park Lane in Lawrenceville.
Coco Nail Bar offers manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements and professional waxing services.
The Birch House mixed-use development, which offers retail space, on-site amenities and apartments, opened for residential leasing earlier this year.
What Now Atlanta reached out to Coco Nail Bar but could not confirm an opening timeline. The Birch House website lists the salon as “coming soon.”
Dirty soda brand Swig is also planning to open a corporate-owned location at Birch House, joining Coco Nail Bar as a tenant at the development.
