An Indianapolis Restaurant With Nearly Two Decades of Midwest Hospitality Is Coming to Paradise Valley

Harry & Izzy’s will offer steaks, its famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, weekend brunch, and daily happy hour.

Indianapolis-based American grill Harry & Izzy’s is expanding beyond its home state. The restaurant will open at PV, the mixed-use redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall. The restaurant will serve the brand’s signature steaks, seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and Midwest hospitality.

Harry & Izzy’s will open its first location outside Indiana since the brand launched in 2007. The restaurant is part of Huse Culinary’s continued growth. Harry & Izzy’s will welcome guests at 12770 N Tatum Blvd in Phoenix on August 26, 2026.

Craig Huse, CEO of Huse Culinary, called it a big step for the brand. “We’ve built our brands around exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable experiences, and we’re honored to bring that tradition to Paradise Valley,” added Huse.

The restaurant is named for Harry Roth and Izzy Rosen. They co-owned the famous St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis for almost 39 years. Huse Culinary has continued the hospitality traditions established by the restaurant’s original founders.

Huse Culinary now operates eight restaurants across four concepts, including 1933 Lounge by St. Elmo and The HC Tavern + Kitchen.

Harry & Izzy’s new Paradise Valley restaurant spans 8,300 square feet. It features a 2,400-square-foot patio, outdoor bar, and seating for 340 guests. The menu offers American grill classics, such as hand-cut steaks, the famous St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, fresh seafood, shareable appetizers, and handcrafted cocktails.

The restaurant is designed to accommodate everything from casual dining to business meals and special occasions. Lunch and dinner will be served daily, with brunch available on weekends. Happy hour will be offered daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning has been part of the restaurant’s ownership group for years. Manning is also joining the Paradise Valley restaurant as a partner, underscoring the company’s commitment to its newest market.
