Hill House Home is preparing to open its first Raleigh boutique at North Hills, according to the Triangle Business Journal. The New York-based lifestyle brand has leased 1,452 square feet at 4120 Main at North Hills Street, Suite 110, with the store expected to open in spring 2027.
According to the Triangle Business Journal, the Raleigh boutique will be Hill House Home’s second North Carolina location, following the brand’s Charlotte debut last year. Hill House Home’s website says the company, founded by Nell Diamond in 2016, has grown to nine stores nationwide and is known for its signature Nap Dress, along with women’s apparel, swimwear, children’s clothing, baby products, bedding and home décor.
The boutique will occupy part of the former Peloton space across from Anthropologie and Alo Yoga. The Triangle Business Journal reports that Raleigh building permits show Kane Realty is converting the former retail space into three “modified vanilla box” suites to accommodate new tenants.
“We’re excited to welcome Hill House Home to North Hills,” Stacey Buescher, executive vice president of commercial operations at Kane Realty, said in a statement shared with the Triangle Business Journal. “Its first Raleigh location will be a great addition to the strong mix of national and local brands at North Hills.”
Hill House Home will join a growing lineup of retailers at North Hills, including Sephora, Gorjana, Reformation and Veronica Beard. Design Within Reach is also expected to open at the mixed-use destination later this month, according to the Triangle Business Journal.
