Marufuku Ramen is preparing to open a new location at 225 Lorton Ave, Burlingame. Information about the restaurant´s new outpost appears on the company’s official website, which lists the Burlingame location as “coming soon” alongside the address. The Burlingame restaurant is listed as coming soon, but there is no opening date yet.

According to the company’s website, Marufuku Ramen specializes in Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen prepared with a pork broth that is simmered for an extended period to develop a rich, creamy texture.

The company operates multiple locations across California as well as restaurants in Texas and Oregon. In addition to its restaurants, the brand offers packaged ramen products through its online shop.

According to the company’s website, the menu includes several ramen varieties, including its signature Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, Chicken Paitan DX, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, and Vegan Tan Tan Men. Guests can also order appetizers such as gyoza, karaage, takoyaki, and edamame, along with rice bowls, desserts, and beverages. The restaurant also offers gluten-free noodles as an option for select ramen dishes.
