Something new appears to be on the horizon for a popular Memphis shop. K2’s Dream House, a concept focused on supplying all of shoppers’ wig needs, has been issued a certificate of occupancy for a new location.
The Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development issued the business, capably helmed by Lakedra Rhodes, its certificate of occupancy for a 2951 S Third Street storefront on August 5. The paperwork shows that K2’s Dream House will be using the 1,100 square foot space as a “Storefront, office space”.
It’s not clear when, precisely, the location will be opening. K2’s Dream House has already established itself as a well-trusted Memphis institution. The concept offers an impressive array of lace products ranging from adhesive to glue remover to skin protection.
