Collierville shoppers, get ready to welcome Sorelle Boutique, a women’s clothing and fashion concern that has already made a big splash in Memphis. The store is relocating from Poplar Avenue and should be ready to greet visitors in its new home in time for guests to update their autumn wardrobes.
Sorelle will be starting its new era at 124 E Mulberry Street. Owner Brittany McCalla kindly spoke to What Now Memphis about bringing the concept to Collierville, explaining that the town holds considerable personal significance to her. “Our next chapter will be starting at my roots. Collierville and I have a lot of ties and history, so it isn’t just a random move. It’s heartfelt. It’s the door that never closed.” she explains. “Collierville isn’t just some small-big town outside Memphis. It’s the town I graduated from, the town I got married in, the town we bought our first home in, the town our one and only attends school, the town my family lives ‘just a mile away’…just to name a few.”
Sorelle will provide Collierville locals with plenty of chic and adaptable pieces, while removing some of the stress from shopping. McCalla states: “At Sorelle Boutique, we believe everyday style should feel easy and personal. We curate unique, versatile wardrobe pieces—from everyday staples to statement outfits—designed to elevate your style without the hassle of scrolling through endless, mass-market options. Whether you shop with us in person or online, we bring you carefully selected pieces with a personalized touch.”
Sorelle is driven by six core values that make it a memorable and pleasant shopping experience that visitors will want to return to. The store puts its focus on:
- Curated Experience: Instead of overwhelming customers with hundreds of generic choices, we act as tastemakers, selecting a collection of items that any one can shop no matter age, height, weight, etc.
- Niche Focus: Target audience are those who invest in everyday pieces and looks rather than one-time-wear items.
- Personalized Service: Focuses on customer interactions, styling recommendations, and specialized consulting that builds strong customer loyalty.
- Sourcing & Merchandising: Working with wholesale, independent creators, or direct manufacturers to maintain unique inventory.
- Marketing & Community: Mainly relying on organic social media, word of mouth, influencer partnerships, community events, and VIP loyalty program to grow our customer base.
- Brand Authenticity: Maintaining distinct identity to set us apart from the competition
Collierville won’t have to wait too much longer to browse Sorelle’s wares. McCalla anticipates an early September opening and assures future regulars that grand opening details are forthcoming. Excited parties can follow Sorelle’s Facebook and Instagram pages or can sign up for the brand’s VIP email list for updates.
Sorelle promises to be a welcome addition to Collierville. McCalla plans to cultivate more than just a great shopping experience; she is creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She sums up her vision, saying: “In the new space I hope to create a sense of community. I want everyone to feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for every time they step foot in my store.”
