A new Ross Dress for Less is coming to North Las Vegas as part of Hylo Park South, a newly completed shopping center rising at the southeast corner of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the discount retailer is one of the confirmed tenants at the site, which is quickly filling spaces in anticipation of its opening.
Hylo Park South spans 90,750 square feet and was developed by California-based real estate firm Agora Realty & Management. The developer announced this week that construction has been completed and that the center is approximately 95% leased.
Ross will join a lineup of retailers, restaurants and service businesses planned for the center. Other announced tenants include Cardenas Markets, Starbucks, Chipotle, PDS Health, AT&T, UPS, Chase Bank, Allstate Insurance and Sourdough & Co. Most concepts will open by early 2027.
The upcoming complex is part of a redevelopment of the former Texas Station property, which closed during the pandemic and never reopened. In 2022, News3LV reported that the casino resort would be demolished and that the site, along with the Fiesta Rancho and Fiesta Henderson properties, was sold for $58 million.
In addition to the retail corridor of Hylo Park South, a residential community called The West End is under development. Plans filed with the city show 373 townhome and single-family home lots and a central park with an adventure trail and playground.
