Super Kyuramen Opens in Las Vegas’ Chinatown

Super Kyuramen in the Chinatown district, at 4525 W. Spring Mountain Road, spans 5,168 sq. ft. The Las Vegas restaurant follows the brand’s first U.S. location in Herndon, Virginia. The menu extends beyond ramen to include signature bowls, sushi, shareable plates, handcrafted cocktails, and other Japanese-inspired dishes.
According to the brand, its ramen is prepared by experienced ramen chefs, with soup bases described as rich, creamy, and aromatic. The brand grew from its founder’s repeated trips to Japan. Those trips introduced him to different styles of ramen and inspired the concept’s focus on making ramen an everyday meal.
The restaurant also serves late-night diners, open daily from 11:30 am to 2 am. The restaurant is also hiring servers, hosts, line cooks, and other staff. Applicants can contact the restaurant by email or phone.

Inside the Restaurant

The restaurant combines Japanese-style design with several distinct dining areas. The interior features honeycomb seating, wood tones, traditional noren curtains, and ambient lighting.
A yokocho-inspired alleyway is a signature feature of Super Kyuramen locations. The passage lined with lanterns has been created to be similar to the traditional dining alleys in Japan. It leads to themed rooms influenced by izakayas, ramen shops, and manga cafés.
The restaurant also has a Japanese wishing tree where guests can leave handwritten messages.
Other menu items include the Super Kyuramen Dragon Roll, Jumbo Lump Crab Maruyaki, Toro Uni Crispy Monaka, and Kyuramen Street Cup, alongside the restaurant’s ramen selections.
A full-service bar completes the menu, featuring cocktails, sake, Japanese beer, and some mocktails. All of these are offered to complement the izakaya-style menu and extended late-night hours.
