Sizzling smashed patties are on the way to the township.

The smash burger concept Patty & Press is expanding to 27801 23 Mile Road in Chesterfield, per a recent post from Keystone Commercial Real Estate. This follows the announcement of their new location in Bloomfield Township. Right now, the team has just signed the lease and is working to move into the space.

“Metro Detroit‘s best smash burgers! Coming soon to Chesterfield and Bloomfield Township!” Says the excerpt on their website.

Patty & Press was started by Goran Dimic and Brandon Gorgies from G&B Hospitality. Currently, the only location is at 52300 Van Dyke Avenue in Shelby Township, with another on the way for 42983 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Township. When contacted, the owners were not available for comment.

Signature smash burgers from the restaurant includes the Truffle Smash and the West Coast Smash, with new school american cheese and their signature sauce. The menu also offers truffle fries, chicken bites, onion rings, friend chicken and grilled chicken sandwiches. Beverages include milkshakes, lemonades and sodas.

The patties will be cooked on the north side of 23 Mile Road, next to a Crumbl Cookies and Wingstop. An Applebee’s Grill + Bar is also in the plaza, along with Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This is near the Interstate 94 on-ramp.
