Pricing details have recently emerged for one of Midtown’s most anticipated residential developments.
RAM Partners, LLC have released several floor plan layouts and rent prices for units at Yoo on the Park.
The 245-unit development will feature 13 different floor plans. Layouts range in size and price from $1510 – $1590 for a 540 Sq. Ft. studio, to $5076 for a 1923 Sq. Ft. 2 bed, 2 bath option.
Among other luxurious amenities, Yoo on the Park will boast an indoor pet grooming facility, a golf simulator and gaming theater, a seasonal organic herb garden, and even an on-site “lifestyle director.”
Residents are expected to begin occupying the luxury tower this fall.

Hahaha. They must think this is NYC. Not to mention, the building is a butt ugly monstrosity that is out of place on such a small street. Whoever approved zoning for it was either out to lunch or had their palms greased.
