Terminal 4 Bar is set to bring an exciting new experience to the Las Vegas Valley. According to a press release from Las Vegas entrepreneur and owner Kyle Cunningham, the new cocktail bar concept is expected to open in Henderson’s Water Street District at 37 S Water Street.

“This is more than opening a bar. It is a question about what Water Street can become,” Cunningham said.

“Can a world-class cocktail concept thrive away from the Strip because local guests choose to support it? I believe it can. My hope is that Water Street District eventually competes with the Las Vegas Arts District as a true dining and nightlife destination. That future begins with local operators taking risks and locals showing up for concepts that aim higher.”

What Now Las Vegas spoke with Cunningham about the exciting new opening, who shared that he plans to open the new bar above his coffee shop, The Coffee Class, this summer.

“This will be the only location for this concept. We may do other bar concepts in the future,” Cunningham said.

The concept is designed as a destination for locals seeking ambitious cocktails, informed hospitality, and an experience shaped by the world’s leading drinking cities.

The rotating menu will connect cocktails to destinations around the world through spirits selected for their cultural roots, history, and character. Drinks will use advanced preparation methods that include clarification, infusion, extraction, fat washing, and carbonation. Each server will be trained to guide guests by spirit preference and flavor direction, then connect the selected cocktail to the place and story behind it.

The inspiration behind it begins with Mexico City, where Terminal 4 draws ambition and more from.

Cunninghman’s story starts on the streets of Las Vegas. A lifelong Las Vegas resident and UNLV graduate, he founded The Coffee Class in 2019 after leadership experience in restaurants and a long career in residential and commercial real estate. His hospitality company has since expanded The Coffee Class and Almond & Oat across the Las Vegas Valley.

“Water Street already has history, identity, and momentum,” Cunningham said.

“Terminal 4 is our opportunity to add something local that can stand beside respected cocktail bars in any major city. We want Henderson residents to feel that this belongs to them and that they helped prove a concept of this level can succeed here.”
