Mothership Coffee Roastersis embarking on an epic expansion. The beloved Las Vegas Valley-born coffee company is planning to open up shop at BLVD Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd, according to a recent Las Vegas Food Facebook post.
“Mothership Coffee at BLVD is a very special experience in honor of being with some amazing partners such as Netflix House and the country’s largest In-N-Out,” co-owner Juanny Romero said in an interview with What Now Las Vegas.
“BLVD ownership is committed to weaving big Vegas vibes with local communities, so there are a ton of fun activations that happen. We want to be part of the fun with a cup of coffee in hand!”
The new cafe will open next to In-N-Out and Netflix House on Jan. 1st 2027.
“Mothership Coffee is known for epic grand openings, and their most loving fans show up to support. Not to mention, free coffee, free fresh threads, and the chance to win free coffee for a year,” Romero said.
“Vegas is a big city with a small, close-knit community, and I was lucky that two great women in my life decided to meet for coffee and say we need Mothership Coffee on the Strip. From there, I feel like I was swept up in a current, and it was a perfect fit.”

Mothership Coffee Roasters was founded in Las Vegas in 2012 by Juanny Romero and Josh Walter, growing out of the community roots of Sunrise Coffee, the valley’s longest-running independent coffee shop. Walter opened Sunrise Coffee in 2008. There are now six main Mothership Coffee / related cafe locations operating across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson, including their sister shop, Sunrise Coffee.
“The vision for this Mothership Coffee was a Vegas showgirl who falls in love with an alien and goes on an intergalactic romance. Unfortunately, as all whirlwind romances come to an end, the alien dumps her in a backwards little galaxy in a dusty little town called Las Vegas. She’s nursing her broken heart at Mothership Coffee, called “the heartbreak cafe,” Romero said.
“We believe everyone is the main character of their story. What better backdrop than a cafe that absolutely loves you to be you. Where every barista wants you to treat yourself. Whether it’s for drinking a great cup of coffee, meeting up with friends, or slaying that business goal, Mothership Coffee is in the background supporting you with fresh vibes and saying, ‘Yes, queen, go slay.'”
The brand is known for its specially crafted coffee-based cocktails, such as the cold brew granita with delicious housemade bourbon vanilla with a touch of Kahlúa and American bourbon.
Try it all out for yourself when the new Mothership Coffee Roasters cafe opens at BLVD Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd early next year.
