A pizza business owner is taking his concept to the next level this year.
Bada Bing Pizzeria is on the way to Flint this year, under construction at 5418 S Saginaw Street. The business has already been serving the area for a few years. Owner Tony Ijames told What Now Detroit he does not yet have an opening date, but is hoping for sometime in October.
Ijames is opening the new brick-and-mortar alongside his family. They prepare different styles of pizzas for the area including thin crust and margherita. The business is advertised as “New York inspired pizza.” A full menu for the new location has not been released.
The new pizza spot will open on the west side of S Saginaw Street, at the corner of Greenwood Lane. A Dollar General and Semper Fitness are also in this plaza. This is on the far south side of Flint, near the Grand Blanc border.
This is the team’s first brick-and-mortar in the area. In the past, they have served at bars and venues such as Market Tap in downtown Flint. Ijames has just recently started teasing the new location on social media.
What Now Detroit is awaiting further comment from Ijames on the new location. For updates on Bada Bing Pizzeria, visit their Facebook page.
