One Bite, You’re In!” says Pastelitos Chips, the Venezuelan restaurant offering “pastelitos, tequeños y más frituras venezolanas” at locations in Kissimmee, Pleasant Hill, St. Cloud, and on Neptune Road. Now, the restaurant is preparing to open its fifth location.

Paperwork submitted by Chips Restaurant Group LLC shows a new Pastelitos Chips location opening at 3156 Bill Beck Blvd. (Google Maps already confirms.)

“Pastelitos Chips brings the authentic flavors of Venezuela to Central Florida,” says a description of the restaurant provided to Google. “Since 2017, we have been serving handcrafted pastelitos, tequeños, empanadas, and traditional Venezuelan specialties made fresh every day. We also offer our popular party trays and catering options, perfect for family gatherings, office events, birthdays, and special celebrations. Founded by a Venezuelan family, our mission is to create memorable food experiences that connect people through flavor, quality, and hospitality. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or you’re one of our loyal customers, we invite you to experience what makes us different. One Bite, You’re In.”

What Now reached out on Wednesday to co-owner Maria Navarrete to ask about plans for the new Pastelitos Chips. Navarrete was not immediately available for comment.

Opening in the Bill Beck Boulevard location, Pastelitos Chips joins Gateway Station Shopping Center, where it will be part of a retail and restaurant community that includes restaurants like Denny’s and retailers like Edible Arrangements and Sally Beauty.
