BODYBAR Pilates is set to make its Tennessee debut in Franklin, with its first Tennessee studio coming to Meridian Cool Springs in fall 2026. The studio will be located at 995 Meridian Boulevard, across from the green space and near Little Hats Market and Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, according to Williamson Source.
The 2,900-square-foot studio will feature 14 reformers and more than seven class formats, including Reformer, Reformer Jump, Reformer Chair, Mixed Equipment, Classic, Power Tower, and Stretch & Balance. Williamson Source reports that the studio will be the first retailer at Meridian Cool Springs to offer reformer Pilates classes.
According to BODYBAR Pilates’ official website, the brand’s BODYBAR Method uses Pilates to build strength and endurance within a group workout setting. Its signature Reformer class is a fast-paced, 50-minute full-body workout, while other formats include Reformer Jump, Reformer Chair, Mixed Equipment, Classic and Power Tower.
The Franklin location will also include an in-studio boutique with activewear and lifestyle products from both well-known and smaller brands, according to Williamson Source.
Brenda Warkow is the owner of BODYBAR Pilates Franklin, and shared with WhatNow Nashville that they will be using Balanced Body Reformers vs. a Magaformer, plus they will have a chair, jumpboard, and a tower. “We will offer seven different class formats to keep your body from plateauing and from becoming bored. Every member will also have equal access to a 14 day booking window.”
She also says that they will have plenty of free parking available with two parking lots, and they will be open seven days a week.
An exact opening date has not been announced, with the studio targeting fall 2026.
