As La Voie Maltée celebrates 25 years, it will relocate its original Jonquière location, according to a recent social media announcement. La Voie Maltée will shutter its current location at 2509 Rue Saint-Dominique in Jonquière on Sept. 12. The team will then pivot to opening a new location at Faubourg Sagamie, according to Informe Affaires.

That new location is slated to open in mid-November, according to the recent social media announcement.

Daniel Giguère launched La Voie Maltée in 2002 in Jonquière as a microbrewery. Since then, the brand has grown to include restaurants in Jonquière,  Chicoutimi and Québec.

Menu items include tartares, burgers, pizzas and additional chef-driven entrees. The beverage program features craft beers, wines, cocktails and mocktails.
