Hattie B’s will join the new Concourse A at Nashville International Airport, according to Nashville real estate agent Matt Bogosian’s Instagram. In a recent social media post, Bogosian named Hattie B’s, Chief’s, Burger Republic and Tennessee Bao as the four restaurant concepts that will be part of the new concourse, which is scheduled to open in July 2028.

According to the Nashville International Airport website, the existing Concourse A is being completely demolished and reconstructed as part of the airport’s New Horizon program. The rebuilt concourse will feature 16 gates and add 374,000 square feet of facilities, including 28,000 square feet of concessions space.

The Nashville International Airport website lists July 11, 2028, as the completion date for the reconstructed Concourse A. The project will also include two baggage claim devices, two 120-foot moving walkways, 24 ticket counters, larger restrooms, a Mother’s Room, a service animal relief area and a departures-level outdoor terrace.

The Nashville International Airport website says the new concourse will include 20,000 square feet of mezzanine airline lounges, along with an outdoor terrace and indoor balcony. The airport also says the facility will provide additional dining and shopping options for passengers.

The Nashville International Airport website says the reconstructed concourse is designed to help BNA support up to 40 million annual passengers in the future. The airport describes Concourse A as one of the major projects within its New Horizon construction and renovation program.

According to Hattie B’s website, their menu centers on Nashville hot chicken, with guests able to choose from several heat levels ranging from Southern-style with no heat to its hottest Shut the Cluck Up!!! option. The menu includes bone-in chicken, wings, tenders and sandwiches, along with scratch-made Southern sides such as pimento mac and cheese, Southern greens, baked beans, red skin potato salad, creamy coleslaw and black-eyed pea salad. Desserts include banana pudding and peach cobbler.

The restaurant also offers grilled chicken options, waffles with honey butter and syrup, Dirty Bird Fries, fried pickles, beer cheese and pimento cheese.
