Tudor Hospitality, a restaurant development and operations company, is developing several new concepts across Los Angeles at addresses not yet announced.
The company’s current development portfolio includes 301 Caffè and Trecento Ristorante in Santa Monica, Tenshou Collection in Los Angeles, and Yokocho in Beverly Hills. While exact opening dates have not been announced, Tudor Hospitality has outlined the concepts on its website as projects currently in development. Customers can expect a mix of Italian, Japanese, and all-day cafe concepts across the new restaurants.
Tudor Hospitality is led by founder and managing principal Lucian Tudor, who has hospitality experience in Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Dubai. The company identifies Tudor as the former CEO of Global Dining Inc. of California and says his work covers multi-unit operations and restaurant concept development. Tudor Hospitality covers site strategy, menu development, staffing, systems, and opening execution.
In Santa Monica, 301 Caffè is planned as an all-day cafe focused on simple food, quality ingredients, and coffee as part of the daily routine. Trecento Ristorante will bring a modern Italian concept centered on craftsmanship, energy, and approachable dining. In Los Angeles, Tenshou Collection is planned as a Japanese dining destination focused on omakase and tradition, while Yokocho in Beverly Hills will bring together multiple Japanese concepts in an alley-style setting.
The new projects add to Tudor Hospitality’s existing Los Angeles area portfolio, which includes Settecento, La Bohème in West Hollywood, and 1212 Santa Monica. Settecento focuses on regional Italian cuisine with contemporary execution, while La Bohème is a European-inspired brasserie with all-day appeal. 1212 Santa Monica combines restaurant service and nightlife in a modern dining setting.
Tudor Hospitality also lists Duecento Ristorante as a concept in development in San Diego. The Italian restaurant is described as a refined yet approachable concept designed for community-driven dining, giving the company another project outside the Los Angeles market. Across its portfolio, Tudor Hospitality says it develops restaurants with a focus on thoughtful design, operational consistency, quality, and long-term growth.
