Tudor Hospitality, a restaurant development and operations company, is developing several new concepts across Los Angeles at addresses not yet announced.

The company’s current Los Angeles development work includes 301 Caffè and Trecento Ristorante in Santa Monica, Tenshou Collection in Los Angeles, and Yokocho in Beverly Hills. Tudor Hospitality is a part owner of 301 Caffè and Trecento Ristorante, with 301 Caffè currently expected to open later this year and Trecento targeting approximately the third quarter of 2027. Tenshou Collection is a client of Tudor Hospitality, with founder and managing principal Lucian Tudor serving as Executive Advisor to the project and assisting with its U.S. development and opening strategy.

Tudor Hospitality is led by Lucian Tudor, who has hospitality experience in Tokyo, Los Angeles, and Dubai. He previously served as CEO of Global Dining Inc. of California, where his work included multi-unit operations and restaurant development. Through Tudor Hospitality, Tudor works across areas including site strategy, menu development, staffing, systems, and opening execution.

In Santa Monica, 301 Caffè is planned as an all-day cafe focused on simple food, quality ingredients, and coffee as part of the daily routine. Trecento Ristorante will bring a modern Italian concept centered on craftsmanship and approachable dining. Both restaurants are part-owned by Tudor Hospitality and are currently in development.

Tenshou Collection is planned as a Japanese dining concept in Los Angeles, focused on omakase and traditional elements. Tudor is advising the project rather than holding an ownership stake, supporting the team with its U.S. development and opening strategy. Additional information about the concept is available through the project’s website.

Yokocho in Beverly Hills is planned as an alley-style setting that will bring together multiple Japanese concepts. The project is part of Tudor Hospitality’s Los Angeles-area development work, alongside its part ownership of 301 Caffè and Trecento Ristorante and its advisory role with Tenshou Collection. Settecento, La Bohème in West Hollywood, and 1212 Santa Monica are not part of Tudor Hospitality’s current portfolio, as Tudor previously led those restaurants during his tenure as CEO of Global Dining California.
