Pura Vida Miami, a wellness-focused restaurant and lifestyle brand known for its health-conscious menu, is getting ready to open a new location in Los Angeles at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd.
The company’s sixth location is set to open at Westfield Century City Shopping Center, with the arrival first reported by Toddrickallen. The Century City location will add another Pura Vida Miami to the company’s growing California presence, with customers able to order a range of breakfast items, bowls, salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and other menu options.
Founded in South Florida in 2012 by Omer Horev, Pura Vida Miami has grown into a multi-location restaurant brand with 57 locations, including five in California. Horev runs the company with his wife, Jen Horev, and the pair have built the menu around fresh ingredients and balanced meals.
Pura Vida Miami currently has California locations in Beverly Hills, Malibu, South Coast Plaza, Sunset Boulevard, and Long Beach. The Century City restaurant will bring the brand to another major Los Angeles shopping and dining destination. This will be an excellent landing space for Pura Vida Miami, with Westfield Century City offering a mix of retail, restaurants, entertainment, and office space.
The menu covers several categories, including all-day breakfast, coffee and tea, salads, bowls, plates, sandwiches, wraps, bakery items, wellness shots, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls, snacks, and a kids menu. Menu items include breakfast sandwiches, chicken Caesar wraps, salmon plates, acai bowls, and fresh juices.
The Westfield Century City directory lists Pura Vida Miami as a coming soon tenant on Level 1, where it will join restaurants and cafes including Blue Bottle Coffee, Cha Cha Matcha, Katsuya, Sweetgreen, and True Food Kitchen. The mall’s directory also lists Dave’s Hot Chicken, HEYTEA, and Rumi’s Kitchen as coming soon, adding several more food and beverage concepts to the center’s upcoming lineup.
