Popular Ramen Eatery to Launch New Matcha Concept

Milky Way Matcha will replace the sushi bar located inside ​​Fukuryu Ramen’s Bridge Park Avenue location.

As detailed in a recent article, the team behind one ramen restaurant will launch a new matcha based drink and dessert concept called Milky Way Matcha, with plans for it to operate inside ​​Fukuryu Ramen’s location at 4540 Bridge Park Ave. The matcha concept will replace the existing sushi bar at the eatery and will have its own separate walk-up ordering window outdoors as well as its own dedicated ordering line inside Fukuryu Ramen.

In terms of the menu offerings, according to the article, Milky Way Matcha will feature lattes, including a lavender infused variety, a strawberry matcha beverage as well as dalgona coffee, mochi and a sweet and savory ramen rice crispy treat, to name a few items. 

The concept is set to launch at some point this month, but an exact opening date hasn’t been announced yet. What Now Columbus reached out to the Fukuryu Ramen team to learn more about the forthcoming concept, but additional information wasn’t available at the time of this article’s publication.
