Fresh pasta is headed to Jacksonville’s Five Points neighborhood as Dalmoros Fresh Italian plans to open its first local restaurant at 1018 Park Street.
The new restaurant is estimated to open its doors by the fall of 2026, with Tyler and Alyssa Gilmore as the owner-operators of the restaurant.
The Dalmoros restaurant is based on the concept of offering fresh pasta, which is prepared in the kitchen and offered in a fast-casual form. The customers can select their choice of pasta and sauces.
In addition to pasta, the Jacksonville menu will include paninos, salads, meatballs, garlic breadsticks and tiramisu. In addition, customers can get their food washed down with some beer or wine.
Among the more striking features at the Jacksonville branch will definitely be its fresh pasta machine. This equipment will be operational all day long and give customers an opportunity to observe pasta preparation. Dalmoros will also offer gluten-friendly and vegan options, as well as fresh packaged pasta that customers can take home and prepare themselves.
The restaurant is designed to work for both a quick lunch and a casual dinner, while planned late-night weekend hours will give Five Points visitors another food option after an evening out in the neighborhood.
