Crumbl Cookies is putting down permanent roots in St. Johns County, with plans for a new storefront at Cobblestone Village off Florida 312.

This new location will take over the space formerly occupied by Hues Hair Salon. The project was recently approved for build-out, it is expected to be completed within the coming months.

The new shop comes after Crumbl began testing the St. Johns County market with a mobile food truck at the shopping center.

Now the brick-and-mortar store will bring Crumbl’s familiar lineup of oversized cookies and rotating flavors to the area. The company introduces new and returning flavors each week, while keeping a selection of classic options available.

The menu can change from week to week, with recent offerings including cookies inspired by desserts and popular treats, alongside staples such as chocolate chip. Crumbl also offers catering, pickup and delivery through its stores and app.

The company has grown its following in part through its rotating menu, giving customers a reason to check back regularly to see what is being offered. Its cookies are also available for events, celebrations and gifting.

For St. Johns County, the permanent location will turn what started as a mobile operation into a full-time storefront, making it easier for local customers to get their Crumbl fix without waiting for the truck to roll into the shopping center. At this stage there is no official opening date yet.
