Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is preparing to open a new location in Centennial, bringing the national wine-focused restaurant concept to the state for the first time. According to the brand’s website, the eatery will debut at 9511 E County Line Road, but a timeline is unknown.
A recent social media post from a local realtor showed that construction is well underway at the future Cooper’s Hawk site. The company is also moving into the hiring phases for the location; several job listings for positions like Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Office Administrator, and Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager have been posted online.
Cooper’s Hawk combines a restaurant, bar, tasting room, and wine-focused retail component. A modern-casual dining experience with an upscale setting, its 110-item American-fusion menu is prepared in a scratch kitchen and designed to pair with the company’s wines.
The company’s Wine Club offers members a curated wine each month, along with dining rewards, discounts and access to exclusive events and experiences. The brand sources grapes from regions including Chile, France, California and Washington, and its wines have earned hundreds of national and international awards.
