Seed & Spirit Distilling is bringing its spirits and cocktails to Fort Collins with a new tasting and mixing room planned for 1900 E. Lincoln Avenue.
The upcoming space will give guests a chance to settle in for a cocktail, sample the distillery’s spirits and grab something to eat, with the planned menu featuring oysters and wood-fired pizzas.
According to Seed & Spirit’s website, the Fort Collins location will include a full bar serving specialty cocktails from the distillery. The company is also planning to use the space for events, with live music on the patio and other gatherings expected to become part of the experience.
The new tasting room is part of the distillery’s continued expansion in Northern Colorado. Seed & Spirit is positioning the Fort Collins location as a place where people can spend time with friends rather than simply stop in for a tasting.
The team is currently working on the new space and preparing for the launch. The company has not announced a specific opening date yet, but is targeting early fall 2026.
