A new [solidcore] studio is planned for The Lakes at Thousand Oaks, bringing the fitness brand’s strength-focused workout concept to the shopping and dining center — 2200 E Thousand Oaks Blvd.
The studio’s pending arrival was announced by the retail complex on social media, creating buzz for its debut.
While an opening date has not yet been announced, it’s rumored that the business will be located next to California Pizza Kitchen. Other tenants in the plaza include Erewhon, Sunlife Organics, and Fogo de Chão, while Savta, PopUp Bagels, and Sora Handroll Bar are all allegedly coming soon.
[solidcore] describes its workouts as high-intensity and low-impact strength training designed to produce lasting results. The studio’s website says its method uses science-backed techniques and combines Pilates-inspired reformer equipment with controlled movements to produce visible and tangible improvements.
The business currently lists that it operates 193 studios across the country. Nearby in LA County, there are outposts in Culver City, Encino, Hollywood, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, West LA, and Woodland Hills.
Executives with [solidcore] were not available to return comment prior to publication.
