J.Crew Factory Outlet plans to open a 5,000-square-foot store at GSQ in Goodyear in 2027, according to a City of Goodyear announcement.
The development is at 1900 N. Civic Square, and the store will be next to a future Sephora, also scheduled to open in 2027. An exact opening date has not been announced.
Part of J.Crew Group, J.Crew Factory Outlet sells clothing, shoes, and accessories for women, men, and children.
GSQ is a 150-acre mixed-use development surrounding Goodyear Civic Square. City Hall, a two-story library, and a two-acre park are already part of the district. RED Development and Globe Corporation are developing additional retail, restaurant, residential, office, and hotel space.
