Village Whiskey is coming to Nashville with a new location at 900 Division St. The restaurant is slated to open as a full-service concept at the address, according to a Nashville ePermits filing.

The permit issued covers a tenant finish-out for the restaurant space, including interior improvements and new finishes. The filing lists the project as a full-service restaurant, with EBS Construction Services, Inc. dba Empire Construction serving as the contractor.

According to the Village Whiskey website, the concept was created by Chef Jose Garces and opened its first location in Philadelphia in 2009. The restaurant centers its menu and beverage program around whiskey, burgers, and classic bar fare.

The concept’s menu features burgers including The Village, VW Mac, and Whiskey King, along with duck-fat fries, smoked wings, fried pickles, deviled eggs, salads, and sandwiches. Its beverage program includes whiskey cocktails, specialty drinks, beer, wine, and whiskey flights, according to the restaurant’s website.

The Nashville location will add Village Whiskey to the city’s growing collection of restaurant concepts, bringing the brand’s combination of burgers, bar food, and whiskey to 900 Division St. The Nashville ePermits filing does not list an opening date. WhatNow Nashville reached out to the team but did not receive a reply at the time of publication. As more information becomes available WhatNow Nashville will update this article.
