Brevity Coffee, a Texas coffee chain known for its drive-thru locations and specialty drinks, is planning a new location at 1033 Airline Road in Corpus Christi.
The company’s newest location is a new-construction drive-thru coffee shop with an estimated cost of $1 million, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction is scheduled to begin October 30, 2026, and reach completion by December 31, 2026. Co-owner Nick Corpending tells What Now that this corporate-owned location is expected to open by the end of the year. The co-owner also mentioned a new location coming soon to Ayers Road. Customers can expect Brevity’s lineup of handcrafted coffee, cold brews, energy drinks, infused teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
The new shop will continue Brevity’s focus on convenient drive-thru service. The company describes its locations as fast drive-thru stands, with premium espresso fusions and specialty energy blends available alongside its coffee menu. Brevity also offers hot and iced coffee, blended drinks, Red Bull energy drinks, and baked goods.
Brevity’s seasonal menu currently includes drinks such as the Cookie Butter Latte, Pumpkin Pie Latte, and Hazelnut Honey Latte. The Cookie Butter Latte combines brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and caramel, while the Pumpkin Pie Latte features pumpkin and pumpkin cold foam. The Hazelnut Honey Latte combines honey and hazelnut with a cinnamon topping.
Brevity Coffee was founded in San Antonio in 2019 by brothers Nick and Fred Corpening and their wives, Kharis and Brittiany. The company recently announced the grand opening of Brevity Coffee Co. Lone Star at 11268 Culebra Road in San Antonio, which opened September 19 with grand opening discounts.
The Corpus Christi location will add another Brevity drive-thru to the company’s growing network of Texas shops. The company also offers a mobile app that allows customers to order ahead, find locations, and earn rewards through its loyalty program. With construction currently scheduled to wrap up at the end of 2026, more details about the Corpus Christi opening are expected as the project moves forward.
