A new business appears to be taking shape on South Broadway, with Sunny Eats LLC planned for the property at 431 S. Broadway in Denver.
The address was most recently home to Imperial Chinese, the longtime Chinese restaurant that closed earlier this year after decades on South Broadway. The restaurant’s closure was reported in April, marking the end of its run at the 431 S. Broadway location.
Now, Sunny Eats LLC is connected to the address, pointing to a new chapter for the approximately 7,000-square-foot property.
There is currently little public information available about Sunny Eats, including the concept, menu or anticipated opening date.
The property sits along South Broadway in Denver’s Baker neighborhood, in an area surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops and other neighborhood businesses.
For now, Sunny Eats LLC appears to be in the early stages of establishing its presence at the address, with more details expected as the project moves forward.
What the new business will bring to the former Imperial Chinese space – and when it will open remains to be announced.
