An unstoppable force that is currently redefining the fast-casual dining scene has set its sights on a new Ashburn location. Wonder, the mealtime platform that allows guests to sample a variety of cuisines in one order, will be opening a location in the neighborhood before the year is over.
Wonder will be expanding its Virginia empire at 43135 Broadlands Center Plaza. Ashburn locals won’t have to wait too much longer to sample the concept’s various dishes; according to the company website, the establishment will be customer-ready in November.
Wonder already has a formidable presence in Virginia, and, indeed, in the DMV in general. The chain presently has 10 locations open in Virginia, 5 in DC, and 12 in Maryland-with several more in development.
Wonder has made a significant splash in the culinary scene thanks to its distinctive model. The mealtime platform is partnered with high-profile partners who bring some of their most beloved concepts and dishes to each location. Guests order from as many different eatery’s as they’d like and each meal is made to order and charged on one bill. While many Wonder storefronts have a section for dining in, the company puts a greater emphasis on delivery and take-out.
