Tim Hortons establishments across the nation are getting ready to give its customers goosebumps as it rolls out its limited line of food and drinks this Halloween season.
Quick-service food and coffee chain Tim Hortons announced it partnered with TWIX and OREO to bring a fun lineup of festive foods to its menus this autumn.
Customers can celebrate the newly offered collaborations of their favorite treats such as Mummy and Frankenstein decorated donuts, blended coffees and hot chocolates and convenient, collectible treat buckets.
Seasonal Sips and Tasty Treats
Just in time for the spooky season, Tim Hortons is rolling out beverage creations that are flavorful and sure to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.
“Halloween at Tims is all about the little moments that make the season fun – a donut that makes your kids smile, a treat you didn’t plan on but absolutely deserve,” Maria Posada, Vice President of Marketing for Tim Hortons U.S., said in a press release.
New menu items include:
- TWIX® and Treat Hot Chocolate: A new twist on Hot chocolate – this decadent drink is full of chocolatey goodness and topped with whipped cream then drizzled with chocolate. As an added bonus it is then topped with crunchy TWIX® candy pieces.
- TWIX® and Treat Iced Capp®: Iced coffee lovers familiar with Tim Hortons are in store for a twist on its signature Iced Capp®. The drink combines caramel and chocolate with TWIX® pieces. It is all topped with even more decadence as a generous helping of whipped cream, drizzled chocolate and more TWIX® pieces finish it off.
Tim Hortons is also making its bakery case festive.
- Spookies n’ Screams Croissant made with OREO®: The croissant is filled with OREO® cookies, chocolate dip and whipped topping, then finished with powdered sugar, additional chocolate dip and OREO® crumbs.
- Mummy Donut: This mummy-decorated chocolate cake donut is wrapped and decorated with vanilla icing.
- Frankenstein Donut: This frightfully decorated monster is more sweet than spooky. Its decorated face features chocolate and vanilla icing, while the donut is filled with vanilla fluff.
Halloween Treat Buckets Return to Tim Hortons
For those trick-or-treating, Tim Hortons is reintroducing its Timbits® Trick-or-Treat Buckets. The perfect size for storing all the candy collected on Halloween. Available for purchase the reusable storage containers come filled with 31 Timbits® for $11.99 while supplies last.
“Our guests look forward to our Halloween lineup every year and we’re excited about what we’re serving, from fun, hand-decorated donuts, to the flavors of TWIX® and OREO® cookie and another new Timbits bucket that kids can use when Trick-or-Treating,” Posada said.
Tim Hortons is also offering other seasonal items. Back by popular demand no fall season would be complete at Tim Hortons without its Pumpkin Spice Latte, the Frosted Pumpkin Cake Donut, Pumpkin Muffins, the Cinnamon Caramel Apple Latte (available hot or iced), and Apple Cider Timbits.
The Halloween menu at Tim Hortons is out for a limited time only at participating locations while supplies last.
