Sun Sushi and Grill All You Can Eat is preparing to open at 3301 W. Greenway Road in Phoenix, according to a pending restaurant liquor-license application filed with the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control.
The filing identifies Junjin Li as the restaurant’s owner and manager through Sun Sushi LLC.
Plans outline a 5,750-square-foot restaurant with a dining room, sushi bar, kitchen, waiting area, bar, liquor storage, and an outdoor patio. The application states that the restaurant will not have a drive-thru or walk-up window.
Renovations are underway at the property, and the application lists October 20, 2026, as the estimated completion date. An opening date has not been announced.
The restaurant’s name suggests that it will serve all-you-can-eat sushi and grilled dishes, but the filing does not include a menu, prices, or operating hours.
The address previously housed Top Shelf Mexican Food & Cantina. The Mexican restaurant announced in January that it would close its West Phoenix location at the end of that month after serving customers there since 1984.
What Now Phoenix reached out to Sun Sushi, and this article may be updated as more details about the concept become available.
