Pottery Barn is making room for another Colorado location, with the home furnishings retailer planning a new store at Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver.
The new store is planned for 13,379 square feet at 3000 E. 1st Avenue, Suite 1114, according to plans filed with the city and reported by the Denver Business Journal.
The space is currently occupied by Arhaus, which plans to move to a new location at 299 Milwaukee Street in early 2027. Pottery Barn is expected to take over the existing Arhaus space once that transition is complete.
Pottery Barn is part of Williams-Sonoma Inc. and specializes in furniture and home décor, with collections covering living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, home offices and outdoor areas. Its product lineup also includes bedding, lighting, rugs, bath items, tabletop pieces, storage and decorative accessories.
The retailer also offers complimentary design services, allowing customers to work with design experts in stores, virtually or in their homes. Pottery Barn currently has four Colorado locations in Broomfield, Colorado Springs, Littleton and Lone Tree, according to the company’s store directory. The Cherry Creek location would add another brick-and-mortar store to that lineup.
The Cherry Creek store’s opening date has not yet been announced. Construction and renovation plans will determine the timing as Pottery Barn prepares the space for its arrival.
