Homeowners in Northern Colorado will soon have another option for kitchen and bathroom remodeling as Cabinet IQ prepares to open at The Promenade Shops Centerra in Loveland.
The company is among nine new tenants coming to the shopping center, with Cabinet IQ expected to open by spring 2027, according to an announcement from property owner Galway Companies.
Cabinet IQ’s Northern Colorado operation is locally owned by Scott Berg, who launched the business in 2025. The company says Berg and his family have called Colorado home for 13 years.
Rather than focusing only on cabinets, Cabinet IQ works with homeowners on the broader kitchen remodeling process. Its services include kitchen and bathroom remodels, residential cabinetry and countertops, along with planning and coordination throughout the project.
The company’s approach starts with the layout and design before moving through material selection, storage planning, finish coordination and installation. Cabinet IQ describes its process in four stages: discovery, design, deployment and delivery.
For customers, that means the company can handle several pieces of a remodeling project under one roof rather than leaving homeowners to coordinate separate cabinetry, countertop and design providers.
The new Loveland location will add to Cabinet IQ’s Northern Colorado presence as the company continues building out its network of remodeling teams. Cabinet IQ currently lists Northern Colorado among the markets it serves, alongside locations across the country.
The new store will be part of a larger transformation underway at The Promenade Shops Centerra. Galway Companies acquired the property in 2025 and is investing in new tenants and improvements throughout the 494,500-square-foot center.
Cabinet IQ is expected to open at The Promenade Shops Centerra by spring 2027. A specific opening date has not yet been announced.
