MINISO is coming soon to The Shoppes at Westlake Village, according to the mall’s directory.

MINISO is a global lifestyle retailer known for offering a selection of affordable lifestyle products, including home goods, stationery, beauty products, toys, plushies, collectibles, tech accessories, snacks, and licensed merchandise.

What Now Los Angeles reached out to MINISO representatives to inquire the opening timeline, but did not receive a response prior to publication.

The shopping center is located at 30770 Russell Ranch Road and features a mix of retail, dining, beauty, wellness, and service businesses.

According to Conejo Valley, the new store will occupy the former Tilly’s space, following the clothing retailer’s departure from The Shoppes during summer 2026. Tilly’s is among several businesses that have recently left the shopping center as the property continues to add new tenants.

The MINISO opening comes as Westlake Village and nearby Thousand Oaks continue to see new retail and dining concepts.

What Now Los Angeles recently reported on Rye 51 planning to open at The Shoppes. Also, this outlet has previously covered La Gita Kitchen and Focacceria, a new grab-and-go concept planned for the County Line Shopping Center, as well as Erewhon’s first Ventura County location, which opened at The Lakes at Thousand Oaks in August.
