After launching their first Fleet Feet store in the Villages, offering footwear, athletic apparel, and other fitness products, franchisees Michelle and Matt Mang have been at work on a new store in Eastport.

“Building on the success of their original location in The Villages, the Mangs are expanding with a second store in Eastport,” said a post by TheVillagesCommercialProperty.com earlier this year. “Positioned to complement the area’s extensive network of walking paths and trails, the new location will offer an expanded selection of footwear, apparel, and fitness products, while also broadening access to Fleet Feet’s popular walking, training, and community-focused wellness programs.”

The Villages location announced an opening timeline on its Facebook page in late July, saying a launch was expected in “Fall/Winter of 2026.”

Whether you’re walking, running, training, or simply embracing the active lifestyle that makes The Villages so special, Fleet Feet is here with expert fitting, top brands, and everything you need to keep moving toward your goals,” said the Facebook post. “Come celebrate a new chapter of fitness, fun, and community—we can’t wait to see you in Eastport!”

The address of the Eastport location does not appear to have been revealed yet, but stay tuned for more details as the opening approaches!
