Mudan Asian Bistro is coming to the Las Vegas Valley! According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the new concept is expected to open in the Centennial Hills neighborhood of Northwest Las Vegas within the Albertsons shopping plaza at 8450 Farm Road, Suite 150.

The address currently belongs to New Grand China, which has not yet announced its closure or move. The commercial strip that new Mundan Asian Bistro will open in is often referred to as the Farm & Durango retail center, and sits near the intersection of Farm Road and North Durango Drive, right off the US-95 freeway. Notable businesses sharing this center include an Albertsons grocery store, Bank of America, and Tiki’s Hawaiian BBQ.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to the owner,  Sharon Yihui Hu, who was listed on the permit, to find out more about the upcoming opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

There is a Mundan Modern Asian Cuisine in Baton Rouge, LA, that opened in October. But there is no word yet on whether the two are indeed related. The eatery focuses on traditional dim sum served family-style, soup dumplings, noodles, seafood, vegetables, and chef specials. Dining features lazy Susan-style spinning plates to make sharing easy.

Mundan Asian Bistro does not yet have a website and/or social media pages. With no online presence, it’s hard to tell what exactly the new Las Vegas restaurant will offer. But we’re sure that as we inch closer to opening, more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest.

Mundan Asian Bistro is anticipated to open in Northwest Las Vegas within the Albertsons shopping plaza at 8450 Farm Road, Suite 150, later this year or early next year.

(This is a developing story. As more information is made available, we will update this article. Stay tuned!)
