Charleys is continuing to expand its reach across the Las Vegas Valley. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the cheesesteaks brand is working on an opening in the Upland Alta neighborhood along the West Charleston commercial corridor at 5340 W Charleston Blvd.
Behind the opening is local franchisee of the brand LV Petroluem Food Service Concept, LLC. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of LVP Food Service Concept, LLC, Guy Madmon, to find out more about the upcoming opening. Unfortunatley, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Charleys Cheesesteaks is serving our favorite cheesesteaks, fries, and real-fruit lemonades at every Charleys. Select locations also serve classic and boneless wings, fried appetizers, and frozen shakes. With Charley Catering you can also enjoy our cheesesteaks and wings in your home or office,” the Charleys website reads.
“No matter the name, we’ve stayed committed to quality over the past 30 years.”
Charleys Philly Steaks, originally known as Charley’s Steakery and Charley’s Grilled Subs, was founded in 1986 by Charley Shin on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Shin debuted a modest 450-square-foot restaurant near the university campus, which quickly became a hit among college students. Following rapid popularity, Shin launched a franchise model. The brand expanded globally, partnering with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service starting in 1999 to open locations on military installations worldwide.
