Commerce City has a new place for coffee, ice cream and, soon, a full evening out. Third Round Social has begun a phased opening at the southwest corner of East 104th Avenue and Tower Road, with more of its dining and entertainment offerings expected to come online over the next two months.
Located at 18494 E. 104th Avenue, Suite 130, the business is currently serving coffee daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and ice cream from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to its website.
The opening is taking place in stages as construction continues inside the building. The bar and games are expected to follow in October, with the full restaurant anticipated to be ready by late November, according to an update published by Commerce City’s economic development department in September.
Third Round Social is the latest project from Vinay Patidar, the creator of OverFlyte Denver. The concept brings together dining, drinks and interactive entertainment, giving customers options beyond a traditional restaurant visit.
Once fully operational, the venue plans to offer interactive darts, shuffleboard, golf simulators and multi-sport simulators powered by Full Swing Golf. The food menu is expected to include shareable plates, flatbreads and handcrafted sandwiches.
Coffee and desserts are also part of the concept, with Panda Coffee House and Little Man Ice Cream involved in the offering. The restaurant’s culinary program is led by Executive Chef Luke Ostrowski, whose approach draws on global flavors while keeping the menu accessible.
The space also includes an outdoor patio, adding another option for guests when the weather cooperates.
The phased opening allows Third Round Social to begin welcoming customers while work continues on the remaining areas. The business has said a formal grand opening is expected once the full kitchen and the rest of the venue are ready.
For now, customers can stop by for coffee or ice cream while the team works toward bringing the complete concept to life.
